Passionate about yoga for many years, Dora's interest for personal development and spirituality led her to India where she spent seven months learning, practicing and teaching yoga and meditation with Indian instructors. She learned traditional Hatha yoga, pranayama and several meditation techniques that she is delighted to share with her students, guiding them into the path of holistic health, well-being and spirituality. Dora believes in the outstanding power of yoga and meditation to enhance our physical and mental health, awake our consciousness and generate peace of mind, within ourselves, in relation with others and with the world. Multilingual, she teaches in French, English and Portuguese.
