What Happens After Requesting Information?

2- Team Response: You’ll receive an email from us with a form to answer some questions about your stay.
3- Detailed Information: After completing the form, we’ll send an email with all the necessary details, including prices, stay information, and what to bring.

We accept your booking subject to our terms and conditions. The Festival reserves the right to make changes to the programme, menus and events at short notice. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the camp, we will refund all monies paid. The camp is not responsible for any personal or material loss, nor does the camp accept the use of recreational drugs or excessive alcohol consumption. In the children's programme, parents are always responsible for the safety and welfare of their children. Please note that we have official photographers and cameramen covering our events. This may be used for our promotional material. By making your booking you accept these terms and conditions and your image may be used in future promotional material, both printed and digital. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let the organisation know. If you need to cancel, please let us know in writing. Festival tickets and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Anyone booking here, online or by telephone is booking on behalf of the whole group and accepts these terms and conditions.
