Considered by many to be one of the highlights of the camps, mealtimes are great social occasions. Fresh, natural macrobiotic foods, imaginatively prepared and served throughout the week at breakfast, lunch and dinner with endless conversation. Oh… and the deserts! Not so much talking during desert. Our vegan menu prepared by renowned macrobiotic  chef Angela Agrati, comprises of macrobiotic quality whole foods, organic where possible, and are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. We are fortunate to have Angela as our head chef . She is in very high demand in the world of plant based cooking.  We can also cater for people with specific dietary needs whether its gluten, nuts, dairy etc. Have a look at a typical day menu.

It is very important for us to cater for all our guests with any allergies and intolerances. Plain brown rice will be served with every meal for anyone with gluten intolerances.
