Charlotte is a HCPC registered Arts Therapist and a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist. She is an experienced group facilitator and for the past year has been running Art Therapy, Movement Therapy, Mindfulness, Sexuality, Relationships and Women’s groups for adults struggling with eating disorders and body image issues. She works with clients in her London clinic offering 1:1 therapy and coaching, as well as working internationally with clients through her online practice. Charlotte has developed a unique and eclectic way of working which blends together elements from Art therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Embodied Process Work. She brings to her work an innate love of the wild, nature, embodied movement practice, and creative expression.
