Psychology of Yoga
This workshop provides an opportunity to examine awareness of the strong psychological base of yoga, exploring how the practices relate to our psychological core.
Introduction to Ayurveda
In this workshop, we will learn to think Ayurvedically and play with its two main principles: the 5 Great Elements - Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth; and the 3 Doshas or constitutions - Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Ayurveda views each individual as unique and whole, so together we will assess our very own personal balance as well as diagnose our imbalances so we can each begin to live a life of vibrant health, harmony and happiness.
