BOOKING CONDITIONS
Please read carefully. We accept your booking subject to our terms and conditions. The festival reserves the right to make any necessary alterations to the programme, menus & events at short notice. In the unlikely event of our having to cancel the camp, we shall refund all monies paid. The camp does not accept any liability for personal or material loss, neither does the camp accept any use of recreational drug use or excessive alcohol consumption. The children´s programme not withstanding, parents are at all times responsible for the safety and welfare of their children. Please note that we have official photographers & cameramen covering our events. This can be used for our promotion material. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let the organisation know. If you need to cancel please give us full notice in writing. Festival tickets and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Whoever books here, online or over the phone does so on behalf of their entire party and accepts these terms and conditions.
