Considered by many to be one of the highlights of the camps, mealtimes are great social occasions. Fresh, natural macrobiotic foods, imaginatively prepared and served throughout the week at breakfast, lunch and dinner with endless conversation around wellbeing. Our vegan menu comprises of macrobiotic quality whole foods, organic where possible, and are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. We have two separate menus to cater for different tastes at the festival. You dont have to stick to just one menu either, each meal time you can choose and change depending on how you feel at the time. We can also cater for people with specific dietary needs whether its gluten, nuts, dairy etc. Have a look at a typical day menu.

It is very important for us to cater for all our guests with any allergies and intolerances. Plain brown rice will be served with every meal for anyone with gluten intolerances.
