Bettina Zumdick is the founder of the Culinary Medicine  School and co-director of the Macrobiotic Summer Conference, and former senior teacher and counselor at the Kushi Institute. She has over 30 years of experience in the field of holistic health, wellness and macrobiotics and is working on integrating ancient knowledge with modern challenges.
